 Inn   Policies

These policies are in place to make all guests knowledgeable and prepared for their stay at our inn.  They are for the general comfort of all current and future guests staying at the inn.

 

MAKING RESERVATIONS

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). First night is charged as a deposit at time of reservation. Rates are based on upon 2 person occupancy.   Each additional person using same beds are $20 each.  A rollaway may be reserved at time of reservation for $30 per stay (not available in Bungalow). Stay includes a gourmet hot breakfast basket delivered to your door each morning .  Final payment is due at check in.

 

CHECKING IN/CHECKING OUT

Check-in is between 4 to 6 pm.   We are a small inn and to assure we are available when you arrive, please do us the courtesy of phoning 30 minutes in advance of your arrival.    We can accommodate early or late check-ins if arranged with advance notice.  Check out is 11 am.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We require a 14 day cancellation notice on all standard reservations to receive a full refund.  All no shows and 7 days or less cancellations will be charged the full amount for the stay.  If you cancel inside 14 days of designated cancellation dates,  one night will be charged. Special Event and Holiday Weekends are two night minimum stay and require a 30 day cancellation notice. HSU graduation weekend stays must be cancelled 45 days in advance to receive any refund.

 

BREAKFAST

A gourmet breakfast is delivered hot, in a basket, to your door each morning at either 8:30 or 9am. The time is agreed upon the previous evening or at check-in.  If you have any food sensitivities or allergies, please let us know at the time you make your reservation so we can plan a menu that accommodates your special needs.

 

CHILDREN

The inn is not suitable for toddlers or children under 5 years of age.  Babies under 12 months accepted if not crawling.

 

PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS

We apologize but we are unable to accommodate pets at this time to assure our rooms are pet allergy free and meet the comfort and needs of future guests. Since we have less than 5 rooms we do not fall under or have to comply with ADA rules for service dogs or animals.

SMOKING

We are a non-smoking facility.  There is no smoking within 20' of any of our buildings.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any violations of this policy, plus the cost of any room furnishings which we are unable to remove the smell of smoke. No open candles, Patchouli oil, strong perfumes or incense are allowed in the rooms. We consider incoming guests sensitivities and allergies.
